Join us for our 6-week consumer program designed to support individuals living with clutter and a history of trauma.
This program focuses on therapy in a group environment, utilizing a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of emotional regulation and the Window of Tolerance while exploring anxiety and hoarding behaviors.
